We provide individual or group career coaching in Luxembourg, CV and LinkedIn support, interview preparation as well as peer support to help professionals reframe their journey, articulate their value, and lead their next move with authority.

    We help organisations to elevate every aspect of their recruitment process, from search through selection, and onboarding, notably offering mentoring during the first 3 months of probation. We also guide employers with HR advisory to optimise their culture for retention and long-term staff engagement and performance.

  • Our founders bring over 55 years of combined experience in HR, recruitment and leadership. Having hired hundreds of people and navigated their own career transitions, they understand both the employer’s perspective and the challenges experienced professionals face.

    We combine practical career coaching with peer support to help you communicate your value, strengthen your CV and LinkedIn profile, and approach interviews with confidence.

    For employers, we support recruitment and integration, including mentoring during a new hire’s first three months.

  • Our career coaching supports experienced professionals across a range of roles and industries, including those considering a career change, returning after a career break or navigating redundancy. We also support those starting off the self-employed or fractional role routes.

    You do not need to be a senior executive to benefit from our support.
